Roseann is a native Rhode Islander growing up in North Providence and attending public schools. Her business career started as a receptionist for a local advertising agency. Roseann developed excellent communication skills with the agencies, clients, and suppliers as well. She was moved to the production department and promoted to the marketing/media department where she has day to day contact with all the local media, newspaper, radio, and television.

Roseann made a career change in 1998 to the real estate business. From the start she was a success as a result of her 30+ years experience in the advertising business combined with her sparkling personality. In four years from 1998 to 2002 she climbed to the number 7 RE/MAX agent in Rhode Island, a multi million dollar producer.

In 2004 the Halladay/Scotti team was formed which became the #1 team for the Greater Providence Board of Realtors with sales of over 50 million dollars. In 2004 she also achieved the highest award given to any RE/MAX agent and became a member of RE/MAX’s Chairmans Club.

Roseann resides in Bristol and keeps fully informed of all real estate offerings in the entire state of Rhode Island
